WORD FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

To live in co-ownership comprises many advantages. However, this mode of housing requires the collaboration of all the co-owners in order to ensure a spirit of cohesion and a high degree of harmony. As an owner of a unit in Phase I of Le Sanctuaire Mont-Royal, you enjoy rights and privileges but you also have certain obligations to fulfill.

There is a world of difference between community living and life in an individual house. A co-ownership is to a certain extent similar to a micro society, a property where several owners of private portions rub shoulders. It is thus important to observe rules with regard to behaviours. This will favour a climate of quietness and peace of mind and will contribute to maintaining intact the asset value of the condo units of the building.

Section Regulations Presents the “code of life” to follow at The 6000 Deacon and will make it possible for you to become familiar with the by-laws of the building which are part of the Declaration of Co-Ownership. A true bible specifying in particular, the by-laws to be observed in the building, a social pact which should be read in its entirety, the above by-laws represent on the most important elements of life in co-ownership. It is up to you to respect is precepts and thus perpetuate a harmonious atmosphere and understanding towards your neighbours.
